Kofta bites in a delicious and quick way—amazing!

You have to try this recipe.

I used the Fordeal electric meat grinder with a 4L capacity and 5 sharp blades.

I added two chicken breasts,

red pepper, onion, garlic, fresh coriander,

pomegranate molasses, oil, and spices (I'll write them below).

I ground it finely and put it in a piping bag to make shaping easier.

I added it to samosa pastry, sealed the other end with water and flour,

rolled it up, then cut it directly into hot oil.

It takes about five minutes and will be ready.

I took it out of the oil and served it with a delicious yogurt and tahini sauce.
