Easy Homemade Bagels with Fordeal Transparent Air Fryer 🥯✨
Hello, it's Mila with you, making delicious and super light bagels.
First, I added one and a quarter cups of water, a spoon of yeast, and two spoons of sugar, then left it for five minutes.
After that, I added three spoons of oil, two cups of whole wheat flour, half a cup of white flour, and a pinch of salt.
I kneaded them together and let it rise for an hour.
Then, I divided it into five balls, opened each ball down the middle and let them rise for another ten minutes.
Here, in some water, I added baking soda and started dropping in the bagels.
I left them for about three minutes, then removed them.
I topped them with sesame and black seeds, then placed them in the Fordeal transparent air fryer.
The fryer is large and performs excellently at the same time.
I let the bagels rise inside the air fryer and took them out just as you see.
They browned perfectly, tasted delicious, and were cooked evenly on all sides.
